Terms of service

1. Parties

The website www.budogga.com (the “Site”) is operated by BudoggaK – Nuno Pereira (the “Seller”), headquartered at Rua do Sol, 4520‑606 São João de Ver, Portugal. VAT number: PT208825207. The “Buyer” is the person identified as such in the order (“Order”). The Seller provides the products (“Products”) listed on the Site.

These terms of sale, together with the Order and the Order Confirmation, constitute the entire contractual basis (“Contract”) between the Buyer and the Seller.

2. Prices

Prices displayed on the Site include VAT but exclude delivery costs. The total amount payable, including shipping fees and any other applicable charges (excluding potential customs duties), is shown to the Buyer at checkout before payment is made.

3. Formation of the Contract

The Seller will electronically confirm receipt of the Order. All orders are subject to acceptance. The confirmation of receipt does not constitute acceptance.

Acceptance is formalised through an email confirming that the Product has been dispatched (“Order Confirmation”).

The Buyer must review the Order Confirmation and report any discrepancies (quantities, product type, price, etc.) to the Seller as soon as possible via the Contact Us button or by email to budoggak@gmail.com.

Within legal limits, the Seller cannot be held liable for typographical or clerical errors.

If a Product is out of stock, the Seller may suggest alternative Products.

To purchase from the Site, the Buyer must be 18 years or older, legally capable of entering binding contracts, and acting in a personal capacity. The Seller reserves the right to cancel orders placed by Buyers acting in a commercial context.

4. Payment

The Seller accepts payments via: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Union Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Multibanco, MBWay, and Klarna.

The Seller may refuse the Order if the Buyer’s payment is declined.

5. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address indicated in the Order Confirmation. The Buyer selects the delivery method from the options available at checkout.

The estimated delivery date is shown in the Order Confirmation. If multiple Products are ordered, the Seller may ship them in separate parcels.

6. Product Ownership

Ownership of the Product transfers to the Buyer only after full payment has been received.

If the Product is available for delivery and the Buyer does not accept it, the Buyer assumes the risk of loss or damage from that moment onward.

7. Right of Cancellation (14 days)

The Buyer may cancel the purchase within 14 days from the day after receiving the Product, for any reason.

If the Product has already been delivered, the Buyer must return it to the Seller. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

The Seller will refund the amount paid within 14 days after receiving the returned Product.

8. Return Policy (30 days)

Bu’Dogga offers a 30‑day free return policy.

The Buyer may return or exchange the Product for a different size within 30 days of receipt, provided the Product:

• has not been worn,

• has not been washed,

• is in its original packaging.

A full refund of the purchase price will be issued, excluding shipping costs.

9. Product Not as Ordered, Defective, or Damaged

The Buyer must inspect the Product upon delivery.

If the Product is damaged, defective, or does not match the Order, the Buyer must notify the Seller as described in section 10.

The Seller will replace or refund Products that are defective or not as ordered.

10. Claims After Delivery

If the Product becomes defective after delivery, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 30 days of discovering the defect.

Notifications must be made in writing via the Contact Us button or by email to budoggak@gmail.com.

The defective Product must be returned to the Seller, who will cover return shipping costs and issue a refund or replacement.

11. Personal Information – Privacy

The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data to fulfil the Contract.

The Seller may send information about similar Products unless the Buyer requests otherwise.

With prior consent, the Seller may send marketing communications about other Products.

The Buyer may contact the Seller to:

• withdraw consent,

• access their data,

• correct it,

• request deletion.

The Seller’s privacy policy is available on the Site.

12. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

The parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably.

If no resolution is reached, the matter falls under the jurisdiction of Portuguese courts.

This Contract is governed by the laws of Portugal.
